Peter C. Harvey

Following graduation from Coquille High School, Coquille, Oregon in 1952 graduated from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon in 1956 with a degree in Political Science with emphasis in Public Administration and commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the Air Force as a result of the ROTC program. Three years of active duty in the Air Force was spent in Texas and Louisiana. Received a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California. Spent over 41 years in Local Government as Assistant City Manager and City Manager in cities located in Oregon, Washington, Arizona and California. Retired in 2001.
Peter is a cradle Episcopalian. Served as an acolyte at St. James Episcopal Church in Coquille, Oregon for a number of years. At Christ Church in Lake Oswego, Oregon served on the Vestry and as Senior Warden. While in Lake Oswego served on several committees for the Diocese of Oregon. At St. Peter’s in Red Bluff served on the Vestry and two years as Rectors Warden.
